This course gives an overview of conditions and procedures under which foreign nationals can legally work and do business in Serbia. At the same time we analyze the conditions, procedures and responsibilities of local employers when assigning their employees to work abroad. The special focus is given to practical application of legal provisions, explaining not only the legal requirements, but also the way in which these conditions are applied and interpreted in practice as well as the problems and dilemmas that may arise on a daily basis.
