Jelena Živanović

Jelena Živanović started her career Prica and Partners in 2009. During her law studies, Jelena participated in the project “Legal Document Writing and Legal Research,” sponsored by the National Center for State Courts in cooperation with USAID. Among other things, Jelena advises long-term corporate clients (AstraZeneca, Pfizer Inc. Corporation, Abbvie, DuPont) on matters related to data protection and the transfer of personal data from Serbia. She provides legal services on a daily basis to clients such as Fragomen, Cisco, 3M, Syngenta, etc., regarding the immigration status of their employees, foreign nationals’ rights to reside and work in Serbia, and advises on other labor and employment-related matters. Jelena also provides legal advice daily on various corporate law issues, such as company incorporation, registration of different corporate entities in the business register maintained by the Business Registers Agency, and similar matters.
