Tijana Lalić

Tijana earned a Master of Laws (M. Juris) degree from the Faculty of Law, Oxford University, specializing in European and Comparative Law. She began working at Prica and in 2004 and was promoted to partner in 2019. Over the years at Prica and Partners, Tijana has been involved in numerous projects, particularly those related to banking and finance. She has advised many multinational companies (Whirlpool, Cisco, DHL, IKEA, Chrysler, Boehringer) on various legal issues in the field of competition law, especially regarding cartels and restrictive agreements, and abuse of dominant position. Tijana regularly represents clients before the Commission for Protection of Competition in various proceedings. She also represents clients before domestic and international arbitration courts. She is a member of Oxford Alumni (Faculty of Law, Oxford University), the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (Young ICCA), and the Association for Arbitration Law.
