Tijana Lalic

Tijana commenced her professional career in 2002. Before joining Prica & Partners in 2004 she worked as a researcher at the Department of European Studies at the G17 Institute and as a junior legal consultant on the EU Acquis issues at the Policy and Legal Advice Centre (SCEPP) in Belgrade. Tijana was promoted to the position of Junior Partner in 2014. Tijana participated in a number of  M&A and banking transactions in Serbia and in the region.
