Paula is an Associate at Prica & Partners. She assists clients in connection with commercial matters on a daily basis, including various corporate issues such as foundation of companies, registration of a range of corporate changes with the Serbian Business Registers Agency, as well as contract drafting and review, etc. She advises domestic and foreign debtors, creditors and investors on corporate restructuring, workouts, bankruptcy administration, liquidation, enforcement of pledges, insolvency issues and proceedings, as well as the dissolution of companies.
