Darija Ognjenović

Darija commenced her professional career in 2001. She joined the firm in 2004 and became a partner in 2008. Darija has ample experience in M&A and competition matters, having dealt with the firm’s most important projects over the last decade or so, including privatizations of major Serbian companies as well as a number of Public Private Partnerships projects.
